Park Rules
To ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for everyone, please follow these rules when visiting Flamingo Waterparks.
General
- Entry is subject to a valid ticket or seasonal pass.
- Opening hours may change due to weather or maintenance; check aquaparkbg.com or contact us.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or require guests to leave the premises if they do not comply with these rules.
Health and medical conditions
- Visitors with medical conditions (including heart conditions, pregnancy, epilepsy, and similar) should consult a physician before using the attractions. Use of the facilities is at your own risk.
Safety
- Follow all posted safety instructions and staff directions.
- Do not run near pools or on wet surfaces.
- Non-swimmers and children must be supervised at all times.
- Use slides and attractions only as intended; no climbing or diving where prohibited.
Conduct
- Respect other guests and staff. Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
- No glass containers, sharp objects or dangerous items in the pool areas.
- Smoking only in designated areas.
- Proper swimwear is required; street clothing is not allowed in the pools.
Prohibited items
- The following may not be brought onto park premises: weapons and dangerous objects.
- Drones and other unmanned aircraft are not permitted without the operator’s prior written permission.
Children
- Children under a certain height or age may need to be accompanied by an adult on certain attractions; signs at each ride apply.
- We recommend children under 1.20 m tall are accompanied by an adult at attractions and in the water.
- Life jackets are provided; ask staff if you need help choosing the right size.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for their children's behaviour and safety at all times.
Personal belongings
- Flamingo Waterparks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings anywhere on park premises.
Hygiene
- Visitors must follow basic hygiene requirements for pools and water facilities (including showering before entering pools where indicated and following staff instructions).
Pets
- Pets are not allowed on park premises.
Photography and marketing
- Visitors may be photographed or filmed for marketing purposes. If you do not agree, please inform staff on site.
Emergencies and evacuation
- In an emergency, follow staff instructions and marked evacuation routes without delay.

Everything you need to know about seasonal waterpark passes
Each seasonal pass is for one park for the whole season (for example €95 for that location). It gives unlimited visits at that park only. To visit another Flamingo park, buy a separate seasonal pass for that location.
No. One seasonal pass is valid only at the park named on your pass. For each other park you want for the season, you need that park’s seasonal pass.
Yes, the seasonal pass is valid for the entire summer season.
Only with the right pass for each park. A seasonal pass for one location does not include entry at other parks—use day tickets on site or buy a seasonal pass per park you want.
You can purchase the seasonal pass online in advance, or buy a single-entry ticket directly at each park.
Yes, single-entry tickets are available at each park.
The seasonal pass is available online only.
Yes, all tickets are individual and non-transferable.
