Park Rules
To ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for everyone, please follow these rules when visiting Flamingo Waterparks.
General
- Entry is subject to a valid ticket or seasonal pass.
- Opening hours may change due to weather or maintenance; check our website or contact us.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with these rules.
Safety
- Follow all posted safety instructions and staff directions.
- Do not run near pools or on wet surfaces.
- Non-swimmers and children must be supervised at all times.
- Use slides and attractions only as intended; no climbing or diving where prohibited.
Conduct
- Respect other guests and staff. Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
- No glass containers, sharp objects or dangerous items in the pool areas.
- Smoking only in designated areas.
- Proper swimwear is required; street clothing is not allowed in the pools.
Children
- Children under a certain height or age may need to be accompanied by an adult on certain attractions; signs at each ride apply.
- Life jackets may be available for young children; ask staff for assistance.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for their children's behaviour and safety at all times.
Ticket Policy
- Tickets sold for Flamingo Waterparks are issued in digital form and constitute a limited, revocable license granting the holder access to the parks according to the ticket type purchased. Tickets do not constitute property rights or ownership.
- Seasonal tickets are valid solely for the official operating season as determined and announced by Flamingo Waterparks. The duration of the season, opening dates, and operating hours are subject to change at the sole discretion of the operator. Monthly passes are temporarily not offered; available seasonal tickets are offered by location.
- All ticket purchases are final. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tickets—including season tickets—are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable once purchased, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
- Seasonal tickets are strictly personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer, resell, assign, or otherwise dispose of a ticket without prior written authorization may result in immediate invalidation of the ticket without refund or compensation.
- Flamingo Waterparks shall not be held liable for lost, stolen, duplicated, or unauthorized use of tickets. The risk of loss passes to the customer upon issuance. Customers are responsible for safeguarding their tickets and credentials.
- Flamingo Waterparks does not guarantee uninterrupted access to all facilities or services. No refunds, compensation, or extensions shall be provided in the event of temporary or partial closure due to weather, technical failures, maintenance or safety concerns, or force majeure events.
- Flamingo Waterparks reserves the right to refuse entry, revoke access, or cancel tickets without refund in cases of breach of applicable laws or park regulations, fraudulent or suspicious activity, or unauthorized resale or commercial use of tickets.
- Flamingo Waterparks reserves the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to cancel or refuse orders placed under incorrect pricing or system errors, even if payment has been processed. In such cases, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
- For the current season, seasonal passes for Ravda, Kitten, Sunny Beach and Varna are priced at EUR 95 per location, and the Seasonal Pass – All Locations is priced at EUR 95 as well, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- All ticket purchases are final and binding. Flamingo Waterparks does not provide cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once a transaction has been successfully completed, except as expressly required under applicable law.
- Refunds may be granted solely under the following circumstances: duplicate or erroneous transactions; verified technical failures resulting in non-delivery of tickets; situations where a refund is mandated by applicable consumer protection legislation.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@aquaparkbg.com with valid proof of purchase within 7 calendar days from the date of the transaction. Requests outside these requirements may be rejected.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days and issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
- Flamingo Waterparks reserves the right to deduct applicable administrative, transaction, or processing fees from approved refunds, unless prohibited by law.
- In lieu of a monetary refund, Flamingo Waterparks may offer alternative remedies (at its sole discretion), including replacement tickets, credit for future use, or extension of ticket validity. Such alternatives constitute full and final settlement.
- No refunds, partial or otherwise, shall be provided for unused or partially used tickets, failure to attend or utilize the ticket during the valid season, or voluntary early departure or change of personal circumstances.
- If Flamingo Waterparks cancels the entire operating season prior to its commencement, customers may be entitled (at the operator’s discretion) to either a full refund of the purchase price or credit valid for a subsequent season, with no additional compensation or reimbursement.
